Practice areas
What we handle.

What we do not do
A short list, on purpose.
We do not take family law, criminal defense, personal injury, immigration or employment cases. We do not litigate trust contests past the mediation stage. When one of those comes up in a consult, we give you two names of lawyers we have actually sent family to, and we do not charge for the call.
Where the areas overlap, we handle the whole thing. A business owner's estate plan includes the succession clause in the operating agreement. A property purchase includes the deed into your trust at closing. A trust administration that turns up a contract dispute gets Marcus in the room without a second engagement letter.
Not sure which page you need? Book the consult and describe the week you are having. Sorting that out is the first thing we do.
