Book a 30 minute consult.

No charge, no obligation. An attorney reads your request and Jonah replies within one business day with two times to pick from.

The form

Tell us what is going on.

Two sentences is enough. We will ask the rest on the call.

Urgent matter, a court date this week or a closing on Friday? Call and say so. We move those to the front.

Phone or email. Whichever you actually answer.

Deadlines, a court date, a closing date, who else is involved. Short is fine.

We use this to schedule the call and nothing else. Nothing you write here is confidential until we are your lawyers, so keep the details for the call.

What to bring

Whatever you have. Missing things is normal.

  • Estate plan

A rough list of what you own, the deed to your house if you can find it, and the names of the people you are thinking about.

  • Trust administration or probate

The trust or will, a death certificate, and the latest statement for each account. Priya will build the list of what else is needed.

  • Business formation

Your CPA's phone number, anything you have already filed or signed, and the names of everyone who will own a piece.

  • Contract or property matter

The document itself, the deadline, and any letters from the other side. Photos, if it is a fence.

The consult is where we work out what you need. It is not a test of what you have. Most people arrive with a question and a phone, and that is fine.
