36 E Main St, Suite 200
Estate and business law since 2012
Plans that hold when it matters.
Wills, trusts, LLCs and contracts, written in plain English, priced as flat fees, and handled by the attorney you met on day one.
The firm
Most legal trouble starts with a document nobody read. We write the ones you will, and we tell you the price first.
Two attorneys, a paralegal and a coordinator, in one office above Main Street. You get a flat fee in writing before any work starts, and the same person answers your email until the matter closes.

How a matter moves
Four steps. Same order, every time.
You always know which step you are in, what it costs and what happens next. Most estate plans go from intake to signing in four to six weeks.
Walk the whole process-
01 Week 1
Intake
A 30 minute call, no charge. You tell us what is going on. We tell you whether you need a lawyer, which one, and the flat fee. You get it in writing the same day.
-
02 Week 2
Strategy
One working meeting, usually an hour. We map the decisions: who inherits, who manages, who signs for the company, what happens if the plan meets a divorce or a death out of order.
-
03 Weeks 3 to 4
Drafting
We write. You get a full draft with a one page cover memo in plain English, then a review call to change anything. Two rounds of edits are inside the flat fee.
-
04 Week 5 or 6
Signing
One appointment in our conference room with a notary and witnesses. You leave with a bound original, a digital copy, and the deed and account transfers already in motion.
Estate plan readiness check
Which plan do you actually need?
Five yes or no questions. The answer updates as you go, with the fee range we would quote and the reason behind it. Nobody at the firm sees your answers.
The $184,500 figure is California's small estate limit. Above it, an estate with only a will goes through probate court.
An estimate from five answers, not legal advice. The consult confirms the fee before you pay anything.
The people
Two attorneys. One point of contact.
What clients say
Short matters, long memories.
The fee they quoted on the first call was the fee on the last invoice. I did not think law firms did that.
My mother's trust had four accounts and a house in Saratoga. Priya had the whole calendar laid out before I knew what a 16061.7 notice was.
Marcus got our CPA on the phone, settled LLC versus S corp in forty minutes, and had the filing in the same week.
Book a consult
Thirty minutes. No charge.
An attorney reads every request, not a form. We reply within one business day to set a time, in person on Main Street or by video.
